➤ Janta Curfew announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 22^nd March, Sunday 7:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m.

➤Centre-state interaction at the top level comes a week after WHO (World Health Organisation) declared the disease a pandemic.

➤ 22nd March officially announced a coordinated approach by all states as per the protocol set out by the union ministry of health.

➤ Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a video conference with heads of Saarc leaders and hed deputed Principal Secretary PK Mishra to coordinate with state.

➤ The central government has decided to make half its 30 lakh junior employees immediately work from home till 4^th April.

➤ No passenger train will originated from any railway station in the country from midnight to 10 p.m on Sunday.

➤ Indian Railways has cancelled 245 trains in order to restrict unnecessary travel due to the coronavirus outbreak.
